Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship each order within 3 business days of receipt of your payment. However, please take into consideration that we make all our products by hand. Therefore, the delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive at any one time.
We ship all items purchased on our website using PostNL track & trace. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Post NL make deliveries from Monday to Saturday. We are not responsible for the delivery times of PostNL.

The shipping costs of each purchase are calculated in line with the pricing scheme of PostNL track & trace. The cost of each delivery is calculated according to the size/weight of the parcel and the destination country. The shipping costs of your purchase will be calculated at check out prior to payment.

Shipping within the Netherlands
Free pick up
You are welcome to pick up your purchase from our workshop. Please send us a message (info@marherbal.com) to arrange a pick up appointment. Due to limited access to the building, pick up is not possible without an appointment.

Our shipping costs to the rest of Europe vary according to the size/weight of the parcel and the destination country. These will be calculated at check out when you make your purchase.

Shipping to the UK
We are unable to offer shipping to the UK for the time being. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Returns and exchanges
Purchased items can be returned to us up to 14 days after delivery.

We register each return item digitally. Therefore, please send us an email specifying the return item and the reason for the return. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

We only accept return items if they are in their original condition, unused, and in undamaged packaging.
The shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you send it back to us using a recorded delivery service.

We are not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of returned items in transit.
​
The full amount of your purchase will be refunded to your account once we receive the item back in its original condition.
